We have high speed Wireless Internet service in Garfield, Washington and some places in Moscow, Idaho and Pullman, Washington. Contact us at 800-310-5554.
We provide
DSL to Moscow, Pullman and the other cities above. DSL (or ADSL) is a high-speed,
always-on Internet service that makes using the Internet much more
enjoyable. It uses your current phone line (or at least, it uses the
phone wire) but does not interfere with
your ability to use a telephone at the same time you are using the Internet.
DSL has distance limitations (13,000 feet) and phone line provisioning
requirements (no pair gain) so it is not available to everyone who has a
phone. Please call us locally at 883-5500 in Moscow and Pullman or at
1-800-310-5554 elsewhere to see if your phone line qualifies.
Standalone DSL (New 5/1/09)
As of May, 2009, we can provide ADSL whether or not the home has a
Verizon telephone number. Phone us for availability. Usually
DSL is available within 2.5 miles of the center of each of the towns above,
but we can run your phone number or address through a database to see if it's possible and
what speeds you can get. 800-310-5554 or 208-883-5500.

$60.00 Retail DSL (Older system) Every Retail DSL Account with Cactus includes:
Retail DSL service consists of two parts and two charges. The first charge is the ISP charge for connecting you to the Internet, providing email boxes and so on, which is paid to Cactus. The second charge is for adding DSL signaling to your phone line and is paid to Verizon.
* Cactus charges on the basis of the number of computers that have access to the Internet through our service, not on the number of IP addresses. If you use a firewall, proxy server or any form of connection sharing then the charge is still based on the total number of computers sharing the connection.
** Rates are bits downstream/upstream and are not guaranteed. Important Notice: Verizon Communications is charging $49.95 for the DSL modem. We have modems that we can loan to our customers (we require a refundable $50 deposit). Use Policies To read our use policies click on CACTUS INTERNATIONAL, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
