Changing Spam Level

In the Merak program:

1. Find the user's account
2. go to Rules
3. Add
4. Condition:  [ ] where spam score value is value
5. Click on the 0.00 link in the third box
6. Choose "Greater than x.x"
7. Click on the Reject link
8. Action Spam, OK, OK.
