Turning on debug logging in the mail server
- On Cypher, run the Merak program
- Go to Options (on the left), then logging
- Set SMTP (or POP) logging to Debug and Summary
- Apply
- Go to the Server Monitor (on the left)
- Session History
- Set the History filter to the customer's IP address.
- Wait. There's a 64K buffer that has to dump before you get the
information.
- Right-click on the pertinent line and View Session.
- Go back to Options, and set logging back to Summary.
