Q: What kind of customers can be referrals?
A: All commercial web accounts (but not domain-registration-only), all dial-up (but not email only), all ADSL which they pay us for. We do not pay the Verizon portion of an ADSL charge - that's phone line, not Internet service. All real estate web accounts.

Q: What if they find out about it, and want the free month without telling us who referred them? Or what if they can't remember the name, or we can't find the person in our files?
A: Don't give them the free month. Let them know they can still refer their friends, and take advantage of the deal that way. Remember, we're not cheating anyone out of anything, we're giving something away.

Q: What if they don't have the email address of their referrer? And that person doesn't pick up their TurboNet email?
A: Give them the free month, but don't worry about sending the email.

Q: What if the customer has a $49.95 ADSL account and the person they're referring only has a $14.95 dial-up.
A: Give them both the free month. Think of it as extra incentive for the $49.95 person to tell all of their friends!
