Removing a Web Site

Active Site

  1. Remove any email addresses, and remove their mail domain if applicable.  If they don't have a mail domain, be sure to remove their alias to TurboNet.
  2. Delete their log files from the web server
  3. Go to the Internet Service Manager on the web server and delete their account.  Have it remove their site.
  4. Remove them from the shopping basket program if applicable.
  5. Remove them from the stats server program
  6. Remove them from both Cypher and Porky's DNS directories and files.
  7. Remove them from the stats server.
  8. Remove them from the TurboNet program.

FrontPage Site (additional)

  1. Remove their username and group from the user manager

Personal, Basic or Community Site

  1. Remove any email addresses.
  2. Just use the FTP manager to delete the entry and leave the "delete all pages" box checked.
  3. Remove them from the TurboNet program.
