Updating virus definitions on Cypher

1. Go to Cypher
2. Double-click on the F-Prot Update icon
3. Scroll down and check the dates at the bottom for Viruses and Trojans and for Macro Viruses.  If either date is later than the last update, click the name to download the file. 
4. WinZip will appear.  Extract to the suggested file (fprot)
5. Do the other one if indicated.
