Losing an employee

• Make sure their last paycheck includes any vacation they have coming.  Not sick-leave - they lose that.
• Get a forwarding address for sending the W-2 forms and any profit-sharing they have coming.  If they don't know where they'll be, make sure they know that if we don't have their address, they won't get their profit-sharing check or their W-2.
