Cactus Computer has shared high-speed Internet services wired into apartment complexes and office buildings in Moscow and Pullman.  None of these services require phone service, TV cable, or expensive equipment in order to connect.  Currently (March 2011) the following apartment complexes and office buildings have this service available.

** C-ADSL uses a DSLAM pre-installed at the building, so there is little or no wait for installation, and no installation fee.  If a tenant does not have his own ADSL modem, we can lend him one for a refundable $50.00 (Ethernet only) or $60.00 (Ethernet and wireless router) deposit.  The prices are:

No servers allowed, and we periodically monitor for servers and Internet worms.  Because this allows us to keep the lines clean, everyone gets a good, fast connection to the Internet.  Email is included - virus checked and optionally spam-filtered.
