We support three types of ADSL:
Retail: These are mostly accounts established before May of 2009. The customer pays Cactus and pays Verizon.
Wholesale Standalone: Usually the customer does not have a land-line phone number. The customer pays only Cactus.
Wholesale DSL with Phone: Like retail accounts, these ADSL accounts are tied to the customer's land-line phone. If the land-line phone is cancelled, the DSL is automatically cancelled. The customer pays Cactus for the DSL service and Verizon for the land-line phone service (they are separate services).
